This kind of report is usually but not exclusively employment related. Our client may have a number of reasons why they may need an individual screened, such as - landlord and tenant, pre-nuptial, pre-finance scrutiny etc.

We routinely conduct national and international research for the purposes of verifying employment history, academic/professional qualifications, litigation, insolvency, criminal records, press/media, reputational research etc.
Ideally we prefer to customise our reports, bespoke to each separate enquiry. There is often a requirement to individualise each screening, particularly if there is an international dimension to the research. For example, a person born in Mumbai, schooled in England, attended university in the USA and applying for a job in Hong Kong that means by necessity we need to customise the research across several jurisdictions and generations.
For ongoing, more routine vetting and screening requirements we offer a three tier service
Bronze - This will determine the residential status, identify co-habitees, credit history etc; a desktop snap-shot profile of an individual. Silver - In addition to the Bronze service the Silver level will include searches of Land Registry, records of insolvency or court judgements, company appointments, press/media reports and previous recorded addresses . We will also take up references with former employers etc and do a criminal background search.Gold - This builds upon the Bronze and Silver reports and provides a very in-depth check of qualifications, work history, financial history, and typically includes discreet off the record interviews of appropriate sources such as neighbours, former colleagues, ex-spouses, and so forth. Depending on circumstances we may access wider compliance indices, such as, sex offender registry, UN sanctions lists, P.E.P. list, World Bank and others. The Gold service will result in a very comprehensive insight into the habits, reputation, integrity, background, competence, manner and behaviour of the subject.
The criteria within each level of report can be adjusted to suit the requirements of any individual client, to an extent.
Clients may also express an interest in a related, but separate service, Malpractice in the workplace, - theft, drug abuse, bullying, racism and other antisocial or illegal activities. We can initiate individually tailored enquiries to combat such practices, including the establishment and maintenance of a bespoke “whistle-blower” service.
